Floor leveling compound

In this room we used a floor leveling compount by Mapei. I wouldn't recommend it for a do-it-yourself project, as it was difficult to mix to the right consistency in the brief time before it started to harden, and was nearly impossible to remove once it did. I spent about ten hours chiseling down a high spot where the mixture had been too thick to flow properly.
